It’s not hard to work with Believe.  We’re straight shooter and we do what we say we are going to do.

We are very proud of our customer service capabilities so we encourage you to just give us a call.  Ask us anything.  Everyone here is up to speed on our programs and how things operate.  If you have an email of a representative you can send them an email as well.  We’ve found that emails work best for non-emergency type things.  If you need something shipped to a school immediately for instance, giving us a call will likely produce faster results.  Rest assured though, all emails are answered quickly.

So, there you have it.  Getting the most out of our customer service department is easy.  We will keep everyone involved with a fundraiser in the loop at all times and then if anything comes up, just call or email.  We look forward to creating fundraising success in your school this year!
